IDR is seeking a Telecom Engineer to join one of our top clients in Broomfield, CO . This role is perfect for a seasoned professional eager to maintain and optimize in-house voice systems, including telecommunications systems, call centers, and voice networks.   • This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position
  • Hybrid-schedule (2-3 days / week onsite, Broomfield, CO)

Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Telecom Engineer :

  • Design, install, configure, and upgrade telecommunications systems and networks.
  • Diagnose, repair, and optimize voice systems to ensure peak performance.
  • Analyze and resolve telecommunications circuit and system issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet user needs and project goals.
  • Potential for on-call duties and occasional after-hours work.

    • Required Skills for Telecom Engineer :

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Genesys.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare applications and telecom systems.
  • Proficiency in telecom network architecture, protocols, and technologies. Strong project management and communication skills.
