Registered Behavioral Technician (Wayne County)

As an RBT, youll play a vital role in delivering personalized ABA therapy that empowers children to build meaningful skills and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect and record patient behavior data while maintaining compliant medical records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Assist in behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide patient care that is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop effective treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
