Home Health RN Clemson, SC

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN to provide in-home care for patients in Clemson, SC. This is a full-time contract opportunity with consistent hours.

Assignment Details :

Full-time, 8 AM 5 PM, Monday Friday

Expected caseload : 46 points per day

Patients : Primarily adult and geriatric, home care setting

Documentation : HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB), previously known as PointCare

Required Qualifications :

Active RN license in SC

Current BLS certification

Experience in home health, including OASIS documentation and Start of Care (SOC) visits

Experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred

Strong patient assessment and clinical skills

Ability to provide patient-centered care independently in the home setting
