Job Duties

  • Assist with creating and implementing wealth preservation strategies, business succession planning, and family-office planning.
  • Have 2-5 years of sophisticated income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning experience for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Draft estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts (e.g., intentionally defective grantor trusts).
  • Experience with probate and trust and estate administration is preferred.
  • Prior law firm practice experience is required.
  • Demonstrate superior writing capabilities and thorough legal research prowess.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and active good standing with the Florida bar.
  • 2-5 years of sophisticated income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning experience.
  • Experience drafting estate planning documents.
  • Experience with probate and trust and estate administration.
  • Prior law firm private practice experience.
  • Degree in accounting, CPA license, or LL.M. in Tax strongly preferred.
  • Excellent academic and employment credentials; superior writing and legal research skills.
