Position : Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location : Redding, CA 96003

Schedule : Rotating – 4 days on, 2 days off

Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $29–$42 / hour

Requirement : Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions

Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and overall comfort

Drive to various client or facility locations as needed

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate patient records and follow care plans

Requirements :

Active LVN license in the state of California

CPR certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Previous nursing experience preferred, especially in long-term care or similar settings

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to work a rotating 4-on / 2-off schedule
