Your Role As a Sales

As a Sales Specialist at Distinctive Living, you'll spearhead the marketing and positioning of our senior living and assisted living products in your assigned area, driving occupancy and revenue goals to new heights. Your keen oversight of marketing budget allocations will ensure optimal exposure while creating efficiencies across media platforms. You'll take the lead in implementing a successful sales structure, assisting in the recruitment, training, and coaching of dedicated marketing staff across our portfolio of communities. Partnering closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, you'll help develop targeted marketing plans and conduct competitive analyses to adapt to local market dynamics.

Regular visits to communities will allow you to directly influence sales initiatives while maintaining full occupancy aligned with our business objectives. With a focus on teamwork and excellence, you'll promote our company values while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Your experience will help shape the future of our communities, making a lasting impact.

To thrive as a Sales Specialist at Distinctive Living, you'll need a diverse skill set tailored to the dynamic senior living and assisted living environment. Proficiency in market positioning and occupancy goals, along with a deep understanding of market analysis and segmentation, will be critical for effectively aligning products with customer demographics. You'll craft sales strategies that directly impact occupancy and revenue, leveraging your expertise in pricing and inventory management. Your ability to manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI will ensure optimal campaign efficiency, while organizational design skills will allow you to structure sales teams for peak performance.

Additionally, recruiting, onboarding, and coaching top sales talent will be part of your role, requiring strong collaboration with HR and Operations. Experience in competitive analysis, performance monitoring, and community engagement will empower you to drive results, build relationships, and represent our brand with integrity. Your adaptability and strategic communication will help foster teamwork and create synergy across all departments.
