Job Title : Electrician- Project Manager

Job Description Includes :

Commercial Project Manager :

Commercial project management from RFP through completion / punch list.

Commercial submittal packages

Responsible for estimation, material take off, proposal, supporting of field electricians and close out of projects.

Hours of operation are 6 : 45 to 5 : 45 Monday - Thursday, with additional work on Fridays as required.

Company vehicle to use to and from home along with daily use for work.

Company cell phone, laptop and work station at office.

5 Paid Holidays and up to 80 Hours of PTO annually

Knowledge of ProCore is a bonus but not required.

Residential Project Manager :

Residential project management from RFP through completion / punch list.

Single family dwelling units, customs homes and multifamily projects .

Responsible for estimation, material take off, proposal, supporting of field electricians and close out of projects.

Responsibilities Include :

Estimating

Material Management

Managing Multiple Residential crews and Residential Projects

Requirements :

Colorado Journeyman License active and current

Clean driving record and active driver's license

Extensive residential electrical experience

Computer skills, including excel, work, adobe and standard emails / computer work.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
