Cloud Operations Lead (Azure / M365)  (Onsite - Tampa, FL )

• This is a telecommute position.  Candidates must reside in the United States to be considered.  Candidates must reside within 20 miles of  Tampa, FL.

Job Title : Cloud Operations Lead (Azure / M365).

Compensation : $110,000 – $125,000 (DOE) per year.

Location : Tampa, FL – Onsite.

Work Environment : This position is on-site.

What We’re Looking For :

We are seeking a Cloud Operations Lead with deep Azure and Microsoft 365 expertise to optimize, monitor, and secure our enterprise cloud environment. This is a hands-on operational role focused on reliability, cost optimization, and compliance readiness, not a DevOps or development position. The Cloud Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing Cosán’s Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of our infrastructure. This individual will oversee monitoring, backups, identity and access governance, and operational best practices across Azure services and M365 applications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of bridging infrastructure, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and long-term cloud maturity.
