Are you a true hunter who thrives on building new business in the commercial construction space? This role is all about driving growth, developing high-value partnerships, and closing deals in large-scale new construction commercial landscaping projects ($1M$1.5M range).
As a Sales Representative , youll :
Manage a regional pipeline from prospecting proposals negotiations close
Build relationships with GCs, project managers, landscape architects, real estate developers & C-level executives
Collaborate with a skilled estimating / bidding team to quarterback deals through the finish line
Target commercial new construction opportunities where you can bring full outdoor design & installation projects to life
What were looking for :
2+ years of B2B Outside Sales (Construction Industry preferred)
Proven track record of hitting / exceeding sales goals
Experience selling complex, long-cycle deals (618 months)
Resilient, persistent, and thrives in face-to-face selling environments
Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to create customer-centric proposals
Relationships with commercial construction GCs = HUGE plus
π Location : Houston, TX (must live within 3045 minutes of the office; hybrid model with 2+ days per week in-office for training, collaboration & relationship building).
