Key Responsibilities
Lead onboarding logistics and maintain scalable onboarding journeys and curriculum
Administer enablement tools and manage content libraries with version control
Coordinate stakeholder communications and track KPIs related to enablement outcomes
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in sales enablement, L&D, or GTM operations
Proven track record of managing complex programs that improve operational efficiency
Experience with enablement tools and CRMs such as Salesforce or Gong
Background in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement
Project management expertise with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines
