Overview

We are looking for a Content Strategist to join our expanding team! This is a full-time position. The role focuses on content strategy, UX, and publishing tasks for the client’s Help Center external-facing website or internal documentation with the Product Education team.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a range of content and publishing tasks for the Help Center external-facing website or internal documentation and processes with the Product Education team.
  • Familiarize and gain mastery of TikTok Business Help Center guidelines and tools; ensure daily work quality adheres to these guidelines.
  • Work on assigned projects, make data-backed updates, provide status, and track own work.
  • Make edits to copy and arrange them in the CMS with care and speed.
  • Conduct Help Center audits for visuals, typos, rewrites, grammar, and clear language with attention to detail.
  • Use clear communication to keep stakeholders, localization, designers, leads, and teammates in the loop to run tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure writing is accurate, on-brand, and avoids backtracking.
  • QA own work and peers’ work.
  • Send localization requests, track progress, and ensure ETAs are met.
  • Audit content hygiene (translations, typos, images) and implement next steps.
  • Troubleshoot site / CMS / localization issues that affect article access or rendering.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical content roles and software environments.
  • 3+ years of professional writing, designing, and content strategy experience.
  • A portfolio with writing, video, GIFs, infographics, UX samples & content strategy work.
  • Written and spoken communication skills.
  • Familiarity with paid social media marketing, eCommerce, and digital advertising.
  • Experience with ad platforms or other advertising products.
  • Experience in CMS troubleshooting.
  • Ability to pivot to changing requirements rapidly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication across stakeholders.

    Location : Hallandale Beach, FL. This is a hybrid role; you need to reside near the Miramar Office in South Florida.
