The Overview
The Instructional Technology Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the technology infrastructure across our twenty schools. The Instructional Technology Coordinator is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining student and staff hardware devices, including but not limited to Chromebooks, laptops, iPads, projectors, and document cameras to ensure minimal disruption to teaching and learning across our schools. In addition to hardware responsibilities, the Instructional Technology Coordinator will provide a key role in executing team projects. This team member will also oversee Chromebook repair workflow and support the SLA for the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and committed to providing best in class support to educators and students.This role reports directly to the Manager of Support.
