Shift Time : Typically work 7p-3 : 30 AM CST. but its flexible. we shift based on priorities and meetings. Our development team is in India so it can change depending on when collaboration is needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the Technical Product Owner self service and insight tools on Connect, translating business needs into prioritized user stories and managing the product backlog to ensure alignment between Agile delivery teams and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, system logic, and policies.
- Recommend scalable, customer-centric solutions by applying advanced knowledge of technology, business systems, eCommerce platforms, and B2B processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams-including developers, UX designers, analytics experts, and business leaders-to deliver data-informed solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to guide development efforts and ensure continuous delivery of value.
- Ensure testing requirements are clearly defined and met, supporting quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Demonstrate competence across most phases of the Agile development lifecycle, while actively seeking mentorship and feedback to grow in areas requiring deeper expertise.
- Lead moderately complex projects and research initiatives, offering coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders, gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
1. Experience generating and interpreting reports to make data-driven decisions and support continuous improvement.
1+ year exposure / knowledge of Agile processes and techniques to test, learn and build solutions that deliver on internal and commercial value.
2. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, sales, and / or marketing professionals.
