• Schedule : 8 hr shifts
• 5 - 7 day coverage
• 250 bed facility - currently at 80
• Census Population : will be adults
• Percentage of outpatient to inpatient shifts : Half / Half
• Call : All Phone, 1 to maybe 2 nights a week
• Provider Can choose to work only adult, but prefers someone who is willing to do both
• Adult patient programs : SUD program - Rehab, Basic Physch Eval upon Admit , Geriatric program - Mostly Homeless
• Credentialing time frames : Can do Emergency Privs
• EMR : On paper - Order System that uses HCS
