Overview :

We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse – On Call to join our team in Marion, OH .

Schedule : Every Other Weekend (Friday at 5pm - Monday at 8am) & Alternating Weekdays (5pm - 8am)

Reports directly to the Administrator, Executive Director or Patient Care Manager Senior  and will maintain primary control and professional management of each patient. You will act as primary liaison between physician, patient / family and hospice team.

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.  Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range : $63,370 - $74,505
