Proficient with ESRI ArcMap and Arc Pro software, including editing and some geoprocessing capabilities. Proficient cartographic skills. Knowledge and experience working with enterprise GIS databases. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Exceptional organizational and project / workload management skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Self-starter with initiative and the ability to work with minimal oversight. Customer service oriented. Strong work ethic and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a diverse environment. Ability to manage stress and work constructively under time pressure. Experience with online platforms including Arc Server or Enterprise Portal. Office-based role. Regular Full Time, Monday-Friday.
Job Summary :
The GIS Technician role supports and maintains spatial data systems, focusing on GIS software and application development, data acquisition, map production, and data quality control. This position requires strong cartographic skills and experience with enterprise GIS databases.

Responsibilities :
- GIS data manipulation and visualization.
- Combining datasets from various sources to create cartographic products.
- Creating exhibit maps for land acquisition documents.
- Producing project update and feasibility study maps.
- Enterprise data management.
