What Matters Most

About the Role

As the Cold Storage Plant Engineer , you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance and safe operation of all refrigeration and plant equipment. Your expertise will ensure systems run efficiently and reliably, supporting both production and safety.

You’ll manage preventative maintenance, keep accurate inventory records, coordinate with vendors, and handle ammonia refrigeration systems, compressors, coolant towers, and other critical machinery.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
