Position : Traveling Maintenance Technician

Location : Locations throughout Hamilton, Urbana, and Dayton, OH

Scheduled Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm, with an on-call rotation (servicing multiple locations)

Pay Rate : $23 - $30 / hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives

Bring Your Skills

If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.

2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
HVAC Certification required
Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck / van, and auto-insurance
Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

Service locations throughout the Dayton area, with the possibility of a different community each day of the week !

Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks / keys, HVAC, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks

Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents

Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results

Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call (on-call rotation, servicing multiple locations)
