What We’re Looking For
3-6 months experience in customer service / call center. If you’ve worked remotely already, even better.
Ability to type at 40 WPM or more , with good accuracy (we all make mistakes, but you take care to avoid them).
A solid home office setup :
Windows PC (Win 10 or 11), with at least 2 GB RAM and a fast processor (Intel / AMD 2 GHz+)
Wired internet only (no WiFi), with good speeds (≈10 Mbps upload, 25 Mbps download or more)
USB headset with mic; quiet place to work (no constant background noise)
Great verbal & listening skills; clear, friendly, helpful tone.
Self-starter : you manage yourself, learn quickly, adapt to policies, and meet goals.
Steady availability : at least 20 hours per month , more if you want.
Trustworthy : background checks OK; you’ll need to respect privacy & confidentiality always.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Take / support customer calls, chats, and emails.
Keep records, follow up on tasks, solve issues.
Hit quality & speed targets.
Contribute ideas to help improve customer experience.
