In-field training with SAH employees in client homes to assure tasks are being performed correctly and are in compliance with RI DOHIf CNA’s need further skills training this will be reported to RN Clinical Manager and additional training will be scheduled accordingly with the FCNAThe FCNA can evaluate employees in the absence of the RN Clinical ManagerThe FCNA will review clients’ ADL’s & care notes with employees when neededThe FCNA will speak with new clients regarding various duties SAH CNAs can perform within our license.
