Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an experienced and professional Floriculture Manager to take charge in planning, designing and implementing beautiful flower-installation projects and contribute to our organization’s national award-winning annual flower program.

What You'll Do :

  • Manage production for our high-quality flower installation services utilizing an understanding of color and texture design concepts given the existing surroundings
  • Ensure that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building, regular site visits and consistent quality of service
  • Monitor installed plant health and care needs
  • Professionally develop quotes and proposals based on customer needs and track flower proposals and submissions
  • Reserve and coordinate procurement of proposed material with vendor(s)
  • Schedule annual display programs in collaboration with management team
  • Proactive approach to safety and ensure a safe working environment for employees, customers and the public

What We're Looking For :

  • Must possess a minimum of 3+ years of floriculture or relevant industry experience
  • Working knowledge of seasonal annual flower rotations in the market
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills are a must
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal, written, and reading comprehension) required; Bi-lingual skills in Spanish are a plus
  • Must have the ability to deliver flawless customer service and to develop strong employee, team and client relationships; must be team-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Be able to provide a hands-on approach to task management, employee and customer interaction
  • Must have Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Experience in landscape design
  • Experience with Aspire preferred, but not required
