Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an experienced and professional Floriculture Manager to take charge in planning, designing and implementing beautiful flower-installation projects and contribute to our organization’s national award-winning annual flower program.

What You'll Do :
- Manage production for our high-quality flower installation services utilizing an understanding of color and texture design concepts given the existing surroundings
- Ensure that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building, regular site visits and consistent quality of service
- Monitor installed plant health and care needs
- Professionally develop quotes and proposals based on customer needs and track flower proposals and submissions
- Reserve and coordinate procurement of proposed material with vendor(s)
- Schedule annual display programs in collaboration with management team
- Proactive approach to safety and ensure a safe working environment for employees, customers and the public
