Key Responsibilities

Develop and guide the Provider Operations AI product strategy and feature prioritization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create specifications

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in building and scaling digital products in healthcare

2+ years of experience leading and managing a multi-discipline team

2+ years of experience delivering AI / ML features in operational settings

Proven track record of delivering AI-powered products from concept to launch

Experience in product lifecycle management and leveraging agile methodologies
