The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and the achievement of daily sales by the team.

Work Schedule Requirements

Additional scheduling details : Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week; required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays; during peak periods, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

What it Takes Education - High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred

Retail Experience - At least 1 year preferred

Supervisor / Managerial Experience - Not required
