ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

A construction and engineering firm is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to lead the design and customization of survey modules within the ServiceNow platform. This role is instrumental in driving operational insights and enhancing employee engagement.

• Build and configure workflows to route survey responses and trigger appropriate actions.
• Analyze survey-generated dashboards to uncover trends, performance metrics, and operational issues.
• Develop and deploy QR-enabled request forms to simplify survey access for field teams.
• Partner with ServiceNow's Customer Success Team to explore advanced features in survey health and group management.
• Deliver a seamless handoff to the internal team through documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

This role is 100% remote, must be comfortable working 7-4PM PST
