Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Cortez, Colorado.

Job Description & Requirements

Night Shift 6p-6a

Must have experience in Labor, Delivery and WILLING TO TRAIN NURSERY AND RECOVERY

ROLE ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS : Regulatory / Educational Requirements

o ICU : Minimum of 1 year ICU / / Inpatient experience preferred.

o FBC : Successful completion of basic fetal monitoring course within 4 months of hire.

o FBC : NRP certification

2. ROLE PURPOSE : Administer nursing care to patients in an efficient, safe, and courteous manner using appropriate nursing procedures. The nurse must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit. The nurse must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span. The nurse must also possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's clinical needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the unit's / area's / department's policies and procedures. The nurse must be clinically competent to care for patients, knowledgeable about disease processes, and be able to identify symptoms and / or signs of complications. The nurse must have the ability to utilize information technologies to meet patient needs and provide evidence-based care to improve health outcomes.
