Position Overview

As an Electrical Foreman , you will supervise and coordinate all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on commercial and industrial construction projects. You’ll ensure projects meet quality standards, stay on schedule, and are completed safely and efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

$43 per hour starting pay

Semi-annual raises (twice per year)

Qualifications

Minimum 9 years of electrical experience in commercial or industrial construction

Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead Electrician

Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and NEC codes

Excellent communication and team coordination skills
