As a Security Professional - Unarmed Financial Site in Rocky Mount, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, interacting with employees and visitors, and delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate : $16.48 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime : Mon 12 : 00 AM - 09 : 00 AM, Tue 12 : 00 AM - 09 : 00 AM, Wed 12 : 00 AM - 09 : 00 AM, Sun 12 : 00 AM - 09 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to employees and visitors at the financial institution.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
