Litigation Counsel

Position : Litigation Attorney (10–20 Years of Experience)

Location : Dunwoody, GA (Atlanta Area) 4 days in office

Practice Area : Civil Litigation – Defense

We are a rapidly growing, AV-rated, full-service litigation firm with offices across the gulf south. Our Dunwoody office is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 10–20 years of defense litigation experience to join our small, collegial, and highly collaborative team.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a seasoned litigator who thrives in the courtroom and is confident managing all phases of litigation. Civil litigation experience is required. We welcome candidates with a broad civil litigation background, including exposure to premises liability, workers’ compensation, trucking and transportation, breach of contract cases, etc.

Candidate must have substantial litigation experience. Transactional-only backgrounds will not be considered unless accompanied by a strong client following.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of civil defense litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Manage a diverse caseload.
• Serve as first-chair or second-chair trial counsel, depending on case complexity.
• Develop litigation strategy, draft motions, and oversee case progression from inception to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
