Resolve customer issues while building long-term, trust-based relationships. Support marketing promotions and cross-sell additional lab services. Use CRM tools to track calls, update accounts, and manage your pipeline. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals. Confident communicator -persuasive, professional, and great at handling objections. Resilient & motivated -you don't take "no" personally and stay driven. Customer-focused -you know how to make clients feel valued and supported. At least 1 year of inside sales experience on the telephone is required. Experience in the dental / medical industry is preferred. Account management and / or customer service experience is a plus. Applicants must be at least eighteen years of age with high school diploma (or equivalent) and authorized to work in the United States.

Inside Sales Representative for Dental Lab (Bartlett, TN)
R-Dent Dental Laboratory is hiring an Inside Sales Rep to make outbound sales calls, grow customer accounts, and ensure every dentist feels supported. You'll partner with our technical team to resolve issues quickly, promote products, and drive sales growth across our region.
Compensation : $21-23 per hour plus monthly incentive opportunity and excellent benefit package.
Schedule : Mondays – Thursdays 8am-4pm (or 8 : 30-4 : 30pm) and Fridays from 8am-12pm.
