Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist Rome, GA

We are currently seeking an experienced Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a contract assignment in Rome, GA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic respiratory care environment while exploring the Rome area and surrounding region.

Assignment Details : Location : Rome, GA

Contract Length : 13 weeks (with potential for extension)

Shift : Days, evenings, or nights depending on facility needs

Hours : Guaranteed 3640 hours per week

Compensation : Competitive weekly pay package (includes hourly wages plus stipends for housing and meals)

Responsibilities :

Provide respiratory care to patients in acute and critical care settings

Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and mechanical ventilation support

Monitor patient respiratory status and perform assessments

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

Document treatments, interventions, and patient progress accurately

Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards

Qualifications :

• Current RRT - NBRC
• Active GA State License
• Active BLS certification; ACLS preferred

Minimum of 12 years of recent respiratory therapy experience (travel experience preferred but not required)

Strong critical thinking and patient care skills

Ability to adapt quickly in new clinical environments
