Position Overview :
As a Ramp Agent, you will be part of a team delivering safe and efficient aircraft services. You will provide the highest level of customer service and keep passengers and aircraft moving safely and on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to) :
Properly and safely loads and unloads freight. Including build up and break down of cargo pallets and freight containers following guidelinesHolds equipment certifications and operates equipment safelyObtains proper security documents for all shipmentsVerifies upon receipt from customer shipment pieces, weight, dimensions, and airworthinessVerifies upon delivery to customer shipment pieces and airway bill numbersRequired Skills and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent preferredMaintain and treat all information as confidentialPossess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representativesMust be able to read, write, understand, and carry out instructions in EnglishMust be able to verbally direct in EnglishA valid driver's license is required for this positionWork Environment :
Warehouse - physically strenuous, prolonged periods of time standing with exposure to noise (may be excessive at times), safe but potentially unpleasant odors, varying temperatures, and humidity, in and around heavy moving equipment.Outdoor - prolonged periods of time standing with exposure to prevalent weather, dust, dirt, fuel, fumes, and noise in or around heavy equipment and moving vehicles.Physical Demands :
