Sales Consultant

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time. You will be the face of Victra, connecting guests to what matters most through the sales process and product knowledge.

Pay

Base pay range : $40,000.00 / yr - $64,000.00 / yr

What You Will Be Doing

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with customers in a genuine, engaging way.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology and enhance the in-store experience.
• Foster a competitive drive and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Physical & Training Requirements

Training

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. Training may include overnight travel. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment.
