Duration : Until vacancy is filled

Schedule : M - F 7a - 4p or 9a - 6p + IR Call 8a - 8a M - F

Shifts : Minimum 10 shifts per month

Setting : Inpatient

Privileges : 120 days

Required Procedures :

Stereo Breast Biopsies

Needle Localizations

DX and Screening Mammos

US Breast bx

Abscess Drains

Lumbar Punctures

Paracentesis

Thoracentesis

Various other bx

IR Volume : 4 cases per 24 hrs

Mammo Volume : 5 cases per 24 hrs

Percentage of Modality Split : CR - 46% CT / CTA - 36% IR - 1.9% MG - 3% MR - 3% US - 8.6% NM / BMD / FL 1.5%

RVUs : 6 / HR

Support Staff : Team - Hospital Rad Techs and Envision CSR support staff

Light IR procedures and MQSA Required

Proficient reading most DX modalities

Will take a full IR provider if they have Mammo / MQSA

Beds in Facility : 404

EMR : Meditech

Board Certified - Required

Active FL License - Required

DEA - Required
