In this pivotal role as the regional technical point of contact, you will receive training in multiple areas to effectively respond to internal customer needs regarding desktop, telecom, and network infrastructure field support. Your technical expertise will cover a variety of devices and software, ensuring optimal operational functionality.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Request Processing : Manage new service requests comprehensively, from analysis of customer needs to implementation and fulfillment.
• Work Direction : Oversee and assign technical workloads to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met while mentoring junior team members.
• Desktop Support : Organize installations, troubleshoot complex issues with a variety of computer equipment, and suggest technical solutions.
• Telecom Support : Maintain and configure Avaya systems, supporting all phone equipment and resolving service interruptions.
• Network Support : Install and maintain network gear, provide after-hours support, and document practices for efficiency.
• Project Management : Lead project teams, act as the primary technical contact for coordination, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Process and Documentation : Identify service improvement opportunities, prepare documentation of best practices, and train team members on processes.

Compensation for this role ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually, influenced by factors such as experience, education, and local labor markets.
