Plant Manager (in PA)

In this role, you'll drive productivity improvements, ensure timely shipments that meet customer specifications, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. You will also coordinate schedules, train staff on equipment use, and enforce company policies to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage production processes to boost efficiency and quality

Supervise and motivate production teams

Monitor operating results to meet deadlines and quality standards

Maintain accurate production records using digital tools

Collaborate with management on equipment needs and repairs

What You Bring :

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with others and manage priorities under pressure
• Knowledge of company policies and safety guidelines
