Overview
Workplace Financial Consultant - Knoxville / Chattanooga, TN
This role requires you to live in the Greater Knoxville or Chattanooga, TN areas in order to service local client companies on their campuses in person 4-5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new participants into workplace plans by educating on company match and savings and guiding investment strategy.
- Support consolidation inquiries by asking about prior workplace plans and outside investments and offering suitable solutions.
- Engage Tax Exempt Market retirement plan participants in needs-based analysis to identify solutions that will complement and support their retirement plan.
- Leverage guidance offerings and tools to assist retirement readiness.
- Apply consultative selling skills to customer interactions to identify suitable solutions and guidance while acquiring, retaining and developing assets.
- Understand and articulate Fidelity Viewpoints to provide general education to clients.
- Identify opportunities for more complex guidance and partner with other Retirement Planner associates as appropriate.
Expertise / Qualifications
Series 7 & Series 63 licenses required2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role preferredKnowledge of tax-exempt retirement products and services highly desirablePrevious phone center experience preferredDemonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer resultsSkills
