Responsibilities :

• Develop project GMP through accurate quantity take-offs and subcontractor pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Lead preconstruction activities, including budgeting and bid preparations.
• Conduct on-site visits to verify project progress and validate estimates.
• Maintain and expand cost databases and subcontractor resources.
