$500 bonus for completing Conserva internal training (LMS Program)

Key Responsibilities

• Delight our customers
• Become an indispensable member of a 23-person installation crew
• Assist in installing industry leading smart irrigation systems (residential / small commercial)
• Learn the "Conserva Way" and acquire mastery of irrigation system components (controllers, valves, heads, nozzles piping, wiring)
• Maintain a professional approach to attendance, conduct and appearance
• Build business trust with co-workers, supervisors and customers (promise made, promise kept)
• Adhering to Company's safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews
