Inspect and review projects; monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and ensure that all materials and workmanship meet project specifications Perform tests to detect discrepancies and ensure quality Investigate Issues : Troubleshoot any reported issues with the quality of work and materials Oversee the training and management of quality control personnel Ensure proper documentation of all quality control efforts and maintain project records
Must haves :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management degree and 5 years of Experience OR 10 years of Construction Quality Management experience
- Experience in the Federal Construction space (EM385)
- Experience with submittal reviews, commissioning and MEP acceptance, and document reviews
- Ability to manage a punch list process, rework and testing and inspections.
- Experience managing large construction projects ($20 million projects)

The Construction Quality Manager should be comfortable working 50 / 50 both the field and office setting. The Construction Quality Manager is a dynamic and critical role responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of construction projects; ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, meeting regulatory requirements and client expectations.
