Overview : Berks Inc. is proud to partner with Midco, a leading provider of high-speed internet, TV, and phones, to bring top-tier solutions to homes and businesses in Fargo and surrounding areas. As a third-party partner, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to help us drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do :

• Initiate and secure sales for Midco services, including internet, cable, and home phones.
• Process new orders efficiently to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Attend daily team meetings and developmental workshops to stay up to date on products and sales techniques.
• Identify client-specific needs and address them with tailored solutions.
• Serve as the face of Midco, demonstrating good character, empathy, and professionalism.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and create future opportunities for business.
• Promote Midco's products and services through outside sales visits and face-to-face interactions.
• Be proactive in driving business growth through strategic sales and customer service excellence.
• Be required to work Monday - Friday from 1pm-8pm
