Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Commercial Lines Sales Executives and carrier partners. This role involves placing new business servicing existing clients, and building strong, lasting relationships
Responsibilities
- Market new and renewal business to carriers—independently and alongside Sales Executives and Marketers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives on strategies for new and renewal accounts.
- Prepare proposals and renewal summaries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- Handle confidential information with care.
- Deliver high-quality service, including processing endorsements, issuing proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions.
- Follow established SOPs and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service across the organization.
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer LicenseMinimum 2 years of relevant experience.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and agency / carrier systems.Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Team player with a collaborative mindset.Company Description
