Key Responsibilities

Serve as Lead Consultant for UKG Ready Payroll and Time implementations

Lead client discovery sessions and document functional and technical requirements

Configure UKG Ready Payroll and Time modules based on client specifications

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with UKG Ready Payroll and Time modules

Strong understanding of payroll compliance, timekeeping rules, and labor regulations

Experience with UKG Ready implementation methodology and lifecycle

Proven success in managing multiple projects and meeting deliverables

UKG Ready certifications preferred
