In this role, you will be caring for a community at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, where each patient is viewed as a whole person with unique needs. Our dedicated teams offer a variety of medical services to ensure optimal care for our patients.

Your contribution :

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in coordinating the multidisciplinary care team for patients. You will provide direct patient care, collaborating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members. Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—you will work to maintain and enhance patient outcomes.

As a nurse, you are expected to demonstrate leadership and manage your professional development. Our goal is to support you in your journey from novice to expert, fostering a culture of evidence-based practice for optimal patient advocacy and care.
