Our team of fellowship-trained physicians and compassionate staff is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients through advanced pain management techniques — while reducing opioid dependency and promoting long-term wellness.

We are currently seeking a Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with solid experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, or Neurosurgery to join our growing practice.

    • What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage patients with chronic pain.
  • Perform and assist with interventional procedures such as epidurals, RFAs, spinal cord and peripheral nerve implants, SI joint fusions, and joint injections .
  • Collaborate with physicians to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation following CMS guidelines.
  • Educate and support patients on treatment options and ongoing care.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, or Neurosurgery (required).
  • Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, musculoskeletal, and neuropathic pain .
  • Current Florida medical license .
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
  • A motivated, energetic professional eager to grow with an established organization.
  • Letter of recommendation required.
