Baylor Scott and White Health in Temple is looking for our next up and coming nursing leader!

Are you a self starter and comfortable with mentoring and having crucial conversations? Have you worked in charge nurse or other leadership roles and looking for that next step in nursing? You may have found a new role to explore!

This nursing leader will supervise our non licensed staff on our Med Surg Telemetry Unit. This unit has 38 beds and serves a wide variety of patients. Extremely engaged staff with a great culture.
