Lead Design Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Lead Design Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems that support, improve, and expand our product lines. This position offers excellent growth opportunities within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead engineering design and documentation efforts, including detailed and assembly drawings.

Perform engineering analysis, component selection, and validation testing.

Direct and review the work of Mechanical Designers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with production teams and vendors to optimize designs for cost and manufacturability.

Provide technical support for production, service, and process improvement initiatives.

Maintain engineering documentation, bills of materials, and support the ECO process.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

Minimum 4 years of product or machine design experience.

Proficiency in SolidWorks and advanced engineering calculations.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Hands-on attitude with the ability to support shop floor and field activities.
