Responsibilities :

• Perform thorough account reconciliations, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and maintain the integrity of the general ledger by preparing and posting journal entries.
• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all financial statements and reports are completed on time.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP to process and manage financial transactions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create detailed financial models and analyses.
• Proven experience in account reconciliations, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation.
• Expertise in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
