Job Description :

Plan and Coordinate Private Dining Events. Working the events under GrillSmith Standards and guest expectations.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining a digital calendar with event details using our scheduling software
  • Ordering and maintaining a Linen inventory
  • Setting and negotiating Contract Minimums
  • Ongoing guest management and communication
  • Guest follow-up for future bookings
  • Cold Calling on businesses for future bookings
  • Serving Parties following GrillSmith Steps of Service and Genuine Hospitality
  • Set up of Private Dining room prior to event and post-event
  • Assist in guest needs for electronics and communication devices

    • Work Schedule : Flexible, Booking contracts and booking times will dictate scheduling needs
