job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop and maintain network and operational reports for the SoCal Perm Medical Group Create regulatory reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines Utilize SQL Server, SAS Enterprise Guide, Tableau, and MS Access for data management and reporting Design and develop dashboards and data models to visualize trends Interface with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 5 years of experience in data reporting and database development Proficiency in SQL Server, SAS Enterprise Guide, Tableau, and MS Access Strong communication skills and proactive approach Experience with normalized and relational data modeling Prior experience in regulatory reporting is a plus Previous experience as a DBA or managing SQL Server is advantageous Familiarity with ETL processes for data sourcing and storage
