Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Full-Time | Salary Range $80,000-$90,000
- At Least 1 Year of Experience Required
The Helm ABA is a boutique autism therapy provider focused on individualized care for each child and support for the whole family. We are looking for an experienced BCBA to deliver expert clinical oversight and compassionate leadership while maintaining alignment with The Helm ABA's mission and core values. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing socially valid ABA interventions and leading RBT teams toward high-quality service delivery. They pride themselves on leading with clinical integrity and collaboration and supporting families in achieving meaningful progress through consistent, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and Team Collaboration :
Provides exceptional leadership and guidance to the clinical team through ongoing monitoring of treatment fidelity and growth towards personal and professional goals.Serves as a model of professionalism, integrity, and The Helm ABA's core valuesContributes to a positive, collaborative clinical environmentClinical Oversight, Case Management, & Client Outcomes
Conducts initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland 3, SSIS, etc.)Develops treatment plans informed by caregiver values and aligned with relevant assessmentsProvides oversight and training to ensure client progression towards meaningful goals as documented in treatment plans and assessmentsImplements exceptional case supervision and caregiver trainingProvides effective Behavior Skills Training to RBTs during supervision sessionsEnsures all required clinical documentation is updated in a timely manner and in alignment with relevant guidelinesCollaborates with other disciplines as appropriate for client progress (including SLPs, OTs, schools, etc.)Ability to train and maintain appropriate crisis response protocols for high intensity behaviorsRequirements :
Holds current BCBA certification and Texas licensureHas at least one year of experienceDemonstrates professional communication skills (written, verbal and non-verbal)Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyDemonstrates adaptability in a high-energy clinic setting, while contributing to a supportive clinical teamPhysical Requirements :
Able to lift up to 50 lbsSit, kneel, and work at child level during sessionsEngage physically during play and respond to behavioral crisesPosition Details :
